Colav's Retirement

I would like to announce that Colav's retirement has lead to I, Jheramaine Ne'serran (Arcastus) being ordained the Lady Mayor of Wharftown. I would like to thank and commend Colav for his service to this fine township and its citizens. He will be in our prayers as he makes the journey home to Arabel. The change of government comes hand in hand with a few changes of policy, as well as the Wharftown Waymen. Updates will be posted for your convenience as details are refined.
