HARM OF THE SOURCE: Intensive spellcasting that strains the source of magic. Intentional strain of the source and arcane spell-loops that harm the Source.

CARELESS SPELLCASTING: Spellcasting that harms or damages bystanders recklessly outside the political action of 'war'.

WASTED SPELLCASTING: Casting spells without specific or clear reason. Causing harm and distress to others without directly harming said people. Showing off outside specific events meant for such a purpose (such as mage fairs).

SHADOW SOURCE SPELLCASTER: Casting spells from source of magic, other than the prime source, thus harming the Prime source.

ROGUE SPELLCASTER: Arcanist or divine spellcaster who breaks the above rules actively and without care.

NOTE ABOUT ~WAR~: War is a political state between two governments or guilds which involves said two parties in state of hostilities to which the Conclave cannot intervene in name of Neutrality. In this case, depending on situation, some of the above situations may not apply.
