Report by Ureb'Rion, year 34.

Gibberling, walking rat with huge claws and sharp teeths and dangerous maggots in its dung. Gibberlings live in cave complex reachable either through the Bonefields or through the Pit of a Thousand Sorrows. They have made their nest completely of their own dung. They grow poisonous spores in their nest and keep giant beetles, the same which svirfneblins use as guards in forest of spores as their pets. Gibberlings often attack in groups sending some to use their claws and teeth while others stay back to throw their maggoty dung on invaders.

As we traveled trough the dung-made nest, we found a temple in one of the caves, this shows that either gibberlings have culture or they have had culture. Either way, as we continued our travel battling through the nest we found their eating place. There were bones of all sorts, including gibberling bone, which showed us that gibberlings practice cannibalism. Finally after a long and bloody trip we managed to find their leader. The leader was tough and fought fiercely, but after a long fight we managed to kill it and take its head.
