The Coalition of the Jewel's Heart is an organization created to aid in the betterment of the city of Cordor and of the lives of the people who pass through her as well. This is done through three main orders of business.

The first order is the support of the guard corps. Many citizens in the city do not understand the Guard as a whole, nor do they understand what makes their job truly difficult. It is the purpose of this order to coordinate with the corps itself and to improve the guards public relations, as well as apprehending criminals and offering extra manpower when needed.

The second order is that of offering help to those new to the island. People arrive on the boats every day, and not all of them are prepared for what awaits them. Therefore, those in this order will show them around, impart what knowledge they can, and help them to find work. In other words, this order helps newcomers find their footing.

The Third and last order is the keeping of any and all necessary information that will benefit the city and her people. This order will keep copies of the city laws, and other useful texts on hand. The purpose is to make important information easily accessible, whether it is for a new guard recruit needing to study, or for a curious newcomer.

Anyone is welcomed to join the Coalition as long as they agree with the purpose and need for each of the orders. Anyone wishing to join may decide for themselves what kind of role they wish to play in the guild, and are not limited to being a part of just one order.
