Marpanoth 10, 30AR

Welcome to the second issue of the Cordorian Chronicle, edited by Councilor Dante Lyons.

As promised in the last issue, we'll be highlighting a shopkeeper of Cordor. This issue's is Sillis Lyrah, located in our very own Trade Guild. She has a variety of tailored goods at reasonable prices, and the location can't be beat!

I'd like to remind everyone that wishes to advertise that they are free to contact Dante Lyons for information on doing so. Those who have been special mentions in the issues will receive a discount.

A goal of the Chronicle is to keep Arelithians up to date on Cordorian policies. The most recent action by the council has been to appoint Stephen Hull as the fourth councilmember, of the five we seek. In addition to that the penalty on Urebril Amolyn has been lifted. More details are on the message board in the Temple District of Cordor. Also it should be made known that one Abiel Magadan has officially named himself an enemy of Cordor, threatening guards, councilors, and citizens. We ask that any who encounter him not step in. He is a dangerous man and will be handled by Cordorian officials. We do appreciate all the offers of aid, but we cannot burden citizens or perhaps risk their lives.

Many rumors have reached my ears as of late, and while I know the truth I know that some may find these unsettling. I encourage any who wish to confront me about their worries to do so. Send word by Speedy if you aren't able to find me in the Trade Guild.

Thank you for reading this issue of the Cordorian Chronicle. If you have any thoughts, comments, or otherwise, please send them my way. We are always looking to change for improvement. Also, should the criers miss your ears, the Trackless Sea Trading Company continues to grow with your help. A portion of commissions is sent toward the Guard in the continuous effort to keep Cordor strong.
