State of Cordor

I have taken up audience with Lord Vetinari, and convinced him that the current system of Government that is in place is entirely lacking. As such, he has taken the decision to allow Citizens to decide for their leaders, rather than those in power choosing. To handle your citizenship and papers, find your way to the Meeting Hall of Cordor, on the second floor. Speak to the man there to find out the process. I wish the best to all those who attempt to run for Council, but advice those who do, to do so wisely. It is not a job to be taken lightly, but in the right hands, can be a great boon.
