The Second Dominion was an attempt at a confederation among certain entities of the archipelago, led under a single Sovereign. At its height, it incorporated the Free Port of Wharftown, the Duchy of Sencliff, the Archduchy of Minmir, and the Emirate of Sibayad. Despite these extensive holdings, it lasted for only a couple of years (though, by Arelithian standards, this isn't insignificant).
