The Tyrant's orders for the miltia!
First order of the Tyrant: Drow not be allowed within the walls Grond! First report it to any militia members around if yuz can than question them about their purpose, then force them to leave and if not obey bring them to the jail! In the case of more resistance using lethal powers are authorised... so smash them for guhd!
