Update: Council of the Four Winds
The Brethren recently held Council of the Four Winds to discuss some important issues concerning the Blackrose.
I. Rayne serves as Captain and voice of ultimate authority. Beneath her, the ranks are as follows: Alrik as Quartermaster what deals the punishment and plunder, Elise as Priestess of Umberlee what looks after the tribute, an Gorgoth as First Mate what takes the helm in the absence of the Captain. These be the Four Winds and highest ranks amongst the Brethren.
