Magistrate: Lord Arlan Garrinson. Prosecutor: Priest Garth of Tyr. Defece Council: Recruit Pierce Thaeyr'n.

Charges: (1) Piracy (2) Breaking the Paladin's Code.

Plead: not guilty on both counts.

Verdict: guilty on both counts.

Sentence (1): In light of his service to Arelith as a whole, his achievements as a champion of the Light, time spent in prison awaiting trial, his free surrender for trial, and the giving of all gains pertaining to the charge to the Church of Tyr, the sentence on the charge of Piracy is 'Time Spent'.

Darathen Erelesste is sentenced to conduct a task of atonement fitting the deeds that have caused the breach. Until this task has been accomplished, Light Keep will not acknowledge him as a Paladin of Tyr.
