Thayvian Enclave

A few days past, a Red Wizard Enclave in Lower Cordor opened itself to the public. The Thayvians claim to offer a number of arcane goods, unparalleled in price and quality. Concerned over their activities, Captain Luna Strata, Recruit Vall, and I monitored the opening event.

There was a large staff attending to the trading post, comprised of both Red Wizards and their servants. The chief entrepreneur was one Khazark Ayin Savvix-Urhun Zrask Mesmer, who is also a lord magistrate of Cordor and an archmage of the Arcane Tower.

When I pressed some concerns, the Kharzak reassured me that the trading post, as a matter of policy, will never deal in slaves or intelligent beings. He permitted me to head into the back (after leaving weapons at reception) and inspect the trading post's documentation and policy manuals.

When I brought up the issue of Jaems, Mesmer admitted the geas and claimed the Thayvians were working on a cure. I assured him we would be monitoring the situation. In summary, the Enclave and trading post appears to be a public relations effort, to acclimate the public to Thayvian goods.
