The removal of Ex-Councilor Thalon

Thalon has been found guilty and been officially charged on a myrad of issues, specifically: Treason, Slavery, Murder, Conspiracy with Black, Murder of a Guardsman to free a criminal, Trespassing, Abuse of Power, and Fraud. This comes from the efforts of many brave and helpful citizens who were willing to come forth and express themselves. We are in their debt.

Thalon has been removed from his seat of Councilor, been stripped of his citizenship, and is exiled from Cordor for life on these charges (which, if you desire specifics, will be outlined shorly by Commander Herial Ghalen). Many requested that we exile this corrupt soul to set an example, but I refuse it. I will not sacrifice the dignity of Cordor for a bit of revenge. What happens to him from here on out is none of Cordor's concern, as long as he doesn't return the corruption that lingers with him. Let this be an example, as the trial of Natasha Davids (who was banned for many similar things yet was able to become a Councilor), to those who wish to break down Cordor to a state of disarray and corrupt dealings. Also, let this be an example to the people of Cordor; vote well, and learn of the candidates that are running. Take action where necessary, inform the proper people where necessary, and keep your dignity while doing so. There is no need to sink to the level of criminals to solve issues such as these.

As always, 'Councilor Dante Lyons', 49 AR
