An Agreement between Bendir and the Arcane Tower (2nd Draft)

1) The Arcane Tower has authority to capture Rogue Mages who are within the Bendir Dale, to include within the Fort itself, However, the Arcane Tower is held accountable for any collateral damages done

2) Should any trial be held for an Earthkin, a representative of Bendir, or a Priest(ess) of the Green field is to be present at the request of either the defendant or the appropriate leadership.

3) At the request of the leadership of Bendir, or a Priest(ess) of the Green Fields, the Arcane Tower agrees to release a Hin into the custody of Bendir. This will not be invoked lightly, and only in cases where the above mentioned feel there is good chance of redemption.
