El'lar d'Ssinssrigg (School of Fine Arts)

We hereby declare the establishment of a school for ssinnen and death singers of Udos Dro'Xun

PURPOSE:

1. To improve the performance of the fine arts and lore.

2. To train ssinnen in the ways needed to support the Magthere and the Sorcere.

3. To learn the ways of the ssinnen and Lloth's teachings for us.
